I purchased a micro SD expansion card for my Framework Chromebook. It works quite well, for which I’m thankful. However, I noticed that my Chromebook used to shut down randomly. It wasn’t a daily occurrence, but it was several times a week. I feared that the Chromebook itself was getting flaky. Just to test, I removed the micro SD expansion card and put in the USB C one that had been in there. Since then, no random shutdowns.
So I’ve narrowed down the problem and I only plan on using the micro SD card when I absolutely need it. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Is there anything else I can do?
