Not starting

My windows 11. Laptop is not starting the side led is flashing orange while charging, and the power button is flashing 4 seconds on 1 off. The power comnection was checked and looked good.

It keeps turning it self on to the flashing ppwer button after being turned off.

Its also flashing blue and red while its on, and is somewhat warm.

Try only putting a RAM module in Slot 1, nothing in Slot 0.

Also try swapping the memory modules around, sometimes that works, sometimes.
