Hello, i just got my brand new framework but i want to be able to dim my screen more then the least brightest setting because i work a lot in dark envoirements.
Is it bad for the screen to use a 3rd party app to achieve that?
My guess is that you’re safe, but I’d love to hear an answer from someone who actually knows.
Most modern displays support DDC, and so should the Framework displays. There’s no reason you shouldn’t be fine with this, just make sure to keep an eye on it and don’t just use some random GitHub repo (maybe this: https://twinkletray.com/)
