Hi,
I was backing up my phone tonight and I left the laptop running. Both my phone and my external hard disk were connected to the laptop, the former on the top right port while the latter on the top left.
This morning I found my laptop off, probably the battery was empty, and I think that when I tried to turn it on, the power button started blinking. At first I remember that my external hard disk was still blinking, meaning that the laptop was passing him some power. Then after turning the laptop on it stopped, and now I notice that all the ports beside the top left one stopped working, not being able to get or give any power.
I have a Framework Laptop 13 (AMD Ryzen 7040Series), Processor AMD Ryzen 5 7640U, with Windows 11 Home, Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631, the Batch was #2.
I already tried reinstalling the BIOS and updating the drivers. I dont get any errors in the device manager. It is like the ports do not exist. I tried switching them but simply the top right one works, whatever expansion card is located there.
My expansion card are: SD card reader, USB A, HDMI, USB C.
Can somebody help me?
Thank you very much
