I keep on getting windows 11 installation has failed when attempting to boot up, anyone know what to do? its a brand new laptop, every guide followed as close as possible. A tad lost here.

Is this issue a black screen issue or does it boot but you just cannot install Windows? Can you please send a picture of the issue?
If it is about a cannot boot into Windows issue, you could try using the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft to download and make a Windows 11 installer flash drive. You may have some issues with the Wi-Fi though, as the drivers are not installed by default, so you should search up how to do the no internet bypass to make an account.
If it is a blank screen issue, please provide an LED Blink code if there is one, and contact support to see if they can resolve your issue.
