The two USB-C ports on the right side of the laptop stopped working for me this morning. Noticed it when I connected it to the charger and the LED didn’t turn on. Tried on the left side and it charged fine.
At first I thought it’s a problem with the USB-C extension card, but when I tried the extension from the right on the left slot it worked.
Then I tried charging directly on the right-top slot without an extension card, and nothing. That’s when I tested the rest of the ports directly and figured out that both ports on the right are dead. Verified it with another charger and a DOK.
Reboot didn’t help.
Anyone else had this issue? Any chance of solving this or should I just get a new mainboard?
