Video out in bios? how to install windows with no display?

how is one supposed to access the bios/windows setup on a fw16 mobo with no display??? ive tried everything including preloading windows onto a ssd and still no display because of missing amd drivers…

and no unattented windows setup/hdmi over usb3 expansion cards dont work either, until windows drivers installed..

im assuming only way is to do an unatteneded install, and unpack fw16 driver pack and run batch file at first boot?
