I used the form for support but just got an auto reply and no update. I ordered a M.2 2230 1TB drive to upgrade my Steam Deck but was sent a M.2 2280 drive instead. What can I do to get this corrected?

How long has it been since you made your support request?
Just wait for support to get to your ticket.
Note that support response times may be longer than normal right now due to the unforeseen level of interest in the launch of the Framework Laptop 16. Customer questions and order modification requests have put a strain on support resources.
