Webcam Not Working, Windows 10

Hello,

I recently received Framework laptop, I have Windows 10 installed and I installed the Framework driver bundle, however I cannot get the webcam to work. When I open Skype and try, the LED will blink, but then go off and no picture will show up. If I open the Windows camera app the LED will blink several times and then go off, and sometimes I’ll see this error message: 0xA00F4271 (0x800706BE)

Device manager reports the device is working and it’s using a Microsoft driver, and I have been unable to find any other driver for the Realtek chip.

I have checked the camera cables and everything is connected both on the module ribbon cable and the motherboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, I will contact support. The mic does work normally.
