The pre-built models refer to Wifi 6 but the DIY versions only have Wifi 6e. Are the pre-built ones not 6e as well? Is the only way to get 6e by getting the DIY version?
That is correct. WiFi 6E is in extremely short supply, so we currently only offer it on the DIY Edition. We would eventually like to bring it to the pre-built configurations, but it will be dependent on availability. You could also upgrade a pre-built Framework Laptop to WiFi 6E later, since the WiFi module is socketed.

Thanks, Nirav. I’m glad I went for a DIY Edition. My phone has 6e. I don’t have a 6e router yet but it’s good that the laptop will be ready when I do.
