Important Notice: Shipment Delays for U.S. Orders

Hi David,

We provide the pre-paid label for normal returns, as our support team stated. After looking at your ticket, I don’t see where you were told you would need to pay for return shipping or a restocking fee. Would you have another ticket that I may be missing? If so, please send me a DM / Modmail with any secondary email address and let me know.

You can find more information about our policy here. In some extreme cases, shipping or a fee to refurbish an item may be charged. This is mainly for cases like if a part is missing from the return, or the item is damaged due to improperly packaging the returned item. This does not apply to normal returns.

In the ‘We’re preparing your batch’ email, there is a date that all order modifications have to be made prior to. Any change requests on or after that date are unable to be processed due to the orders being locked for processing and shipment. Unfortunately, we did not receive your request before that date, so your order was charged, locked, and immediately started processing. We apologize for the inconvenience and will help with the return once you have received the package.
