I put in a large parts order a week ago today and it’s still not showing as shipped. I paid for expedited because I have a project waiting on these parts and wondering what could be holding it up. My last shipment had a label within a day but sat at ‘pending acceptance’ for over a week with USPS, so I hoped to avoid that with expedited.
Just got the tracking info today - looks to be good to go now.
Sorry to resurrect a dead thread - but my package was slated for delivery last week (10/31), and has been stuck in Memphis since 10/30. How long should I (generally) expect it to sit? I’m getting antsy because I have to leave town next week

Hey @Rohan_Seth and @kwhitaker We recently had a FedEx IPD shipment get stuck in customs. We are working with FedEx for them to push it through as fast as they can. Anyways, my email has my full name in it, so it should be clear who I am. I placed my order on Oct 26, and it shipped Oct 29.

I edited your post to remove PII. Your order is one of the ones currently experiencing a FedEx IPD customs backlog. We are working with FedEx to get it cleared as we speak. Shouldn’t be too much longer.
Hello, I too am having issues with my delivery. The tracking software has been stuck on “On the way - Package available for clearance” In Memphis since November 1st. I was wondering if you could check to see if my package is one of those suffering from the Fedex IPD customs backlog.
I will assume that my recent shipment, also stuck at the FedEx hub, is one of the items affected. It has been in the “Clearance delay - Import” status since Oct 31. As of today (Nov. 7), it is still in the same status.
Would you be able to provide a general status of what you find out about this particular shipment, please?
