Issues with ports and charging

Apparently, I’ve found other users with the same issue:

USB C on the right side not working

Windows 10 Windows 10 Version 22H2 Framework 11th Gen My right side of my USB Ports is not working anymore. The left side is working, that’s where i charge. I checked my device manager and found out USB Connecter Managers reports UCM-UCSI ACPI Device has stopped working because of problems and Error (Code 43). Please need help in fixing this. Thanks

Framework 16 - Top Right Ports dead after 4.02 Bios update

After the 4.02 Bios update on my Framework 16 7040 series, the top right ports stopped working. All other ports (1-3, 6) are working fine. I rolled back the Bios to 3.07 and see the same problem. I have restarted and shut down the system several times. In my case PD 1 versions shows as 0.0.22 and PD 2 version shows as 0.0.00. Also, Windows Device Manager shows error 43 on UCM_UCSI ACPI Device.
