WooHoo! FedEx came through and delivered a full day early! Awesome process, fully assembled, successful initial boot and prepping to install Ubuntu now. Cant wait to play with this sleek beauty!
Nothing was missing from my shipment, and the assembly of the laptop went smoothly. The installed BIOS is 3.03. I havenāt done much more than boot a Linux live CD image, but so far so good.
Just got charged, my card was initially declined too. It will eventually get shipped to France

No RAM and no SSD
I got the preparing batch email on October 27th and the payment confirmation on November 8th. I hope to receive it by November 13th because thatād be my birthday, and it would be a wonderful birthday gift to myself!
EDIT: I received the shipment email, itās on its way!!!
Mine just shipped (ordered June 12). One day shipping from Taiwan through Alaska and over me to Memphis on the other side of the continent. And now maybe another week (of compulsively refreshing the shipment tracking page) for Canadian customs to be adorably inefficient before it slowly makes its way back West to me.
Iām pretty sure our orders are on the same plane - and Iām fairly sure it is this one Live Flight Tracker - Real-Time Flight Tracker Map | Flightradar24 (yep, Iām a sad bastard who is stalking his delivery!)
The money just left my bank account, yay! Just need to get a tracking number now.
I got mine.
Windows 10 is a definite no no.
Ended on Windows 11 and dual booting with Linux Mint Edge with an even newer Kernel.
Battery life is horrible in Linux Mint, BTW,
Woohoo! I just got charged 3 hours ago! (UK, Ryzen 7 DIY with all the trimmings)
Let the new waiting game begin!
Preordered june 19th
Preparing batch october 27
charged November 6
Suppose to arrive November 8
got the laptop November 9
I installed the bezel a little wack and now i have a slight bend on the input cover and bottom cover and the bottom of the bezel is a little wack(bottom left corners)
Edit: Ima call it unique
Edit 2: I feel like the bottom bent a little back to the original shape
@Robin_How Yeah! Got the tracking number this morning and a delivery estimate (Wednesday) was added in the last hour
Mine just arrived!
Pre-order date June 26th
Charged Nov. 8th
Shipped Nov. 9th (my birthday)
Arrived Nov. 10th
Can confirm the fast shipping, at least to the US.
Setup was straight forward, no issues, though Iām surprised at how difficult removing the expansion cards is (not a problem, just thought itād slide right out when pressing the eject buttons).
It arrived with BIOS 3.03 and Iām currently installing Fedora 39. My Crucial 2x16GB 5600MTs kit and Sabrent Rocket Plus 2TB were detected and seem to work just fine.
Iāll definitely be sure to update if anything changes.
Happy birthday!
Just a quick question for people who had their framework arrive to Charles de Gaule, France. How long did it take for your laptop to leave there? Because I live like 1hr30 away from there and this is really frustrating
Got mine this morning - Iām in the UK and ordered on 3rd June.
I got charged on the 7th November, it shipped on the 8th and arrived this morning (10th) at about 11:30am.
Iām already so impressed. Everything is working perfectly and it really feels like Iāve made the right decision switching from my MacBook. Very excited to see how it all goes
@Althia mine went via CDG, it was in customs there for probably about 2h00 and then it was on a plane to Stansted in the UK
Thanks for your answer. Thatās good to know. Mine has been there for about 4 hours and 30 minutes Did it say it was in customs in your tracking? Because this is what it says for me: International shipment release - Import
Nov 10 2023 11:58 am Ā· ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE CEDEX, 95, 95702, FR, France
It said exactly the same for me, it arrived at CDG, stayed there for around 1h30, then I saw āInternational shipment releaseā and probably around 15m later it updated to say it was on a flight to Stansted. I hope yours gets released from customs soon!
I seem to be running into issues installing Fedora 39, Iāve tried the ISO and the Media Writer but run into similar problems. I wonāt get into it since this isnāt the place, but itās not an issue with the laptop, Iām sure itās something Iām doing. For now, Iām installing Ubuntu until I can figure it out.
EDIT: In case anyone runs into the same problem, changing the name of the ISO turned out to be my issue for whatever reason. Maybe someone more knowledgeable knows, but itās never cause any issues with any other ISO Iāve ever used. Leaving it as the default name let it install no problem.
We are in the exact same situation, it also arrived a CDG at 11:58. My colleagues are making fun of me for refreshing the page. I could have cycled thereā¦
I suppose it is waiting to be clear for customs in France (so we canāt really compare with delivery to the UK).
Is your also scheduled for Tuesday?
